Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

To qualify for a payment from the Net Available Fair Fund, you must submit a timely and valid Claim Form. The Claim Form must be submitted online or, if mailed, postmarked no later than December 31, 2024.

Please Note: If you are a bank, broker, or other third-party nominee filing on behalf of your clients, please file your claim on the Nominees page and not through this page.
